Operating Procedure:

• Copy and paste all the files to the root folder of your portable memory device after being unzipped
• Please read the "ReadMe.txt" file first before using the office suite
• The unzipped file includes an "autorun.inf" for faster operation
• Run all the applications and utilities from the start-up menu
• Run the start-up menu first before using the applications and utilities.

SSuite My Personal Briefcase is a management tool which helps you keep all important data in one single place. It supports all general files and documents e.g. RTF, DOC(X), XLS, CSV, BMP, JPG and GIF files.

Since this utility is portable, you are not required to install it on your computer. You can drop the program files to any location on the hard disk and double-click the executable in order to run it. Aside from that, you can place them on a portable storage unit, and use it on any computer you can connect to.

Another important aspect you should keep in mind is that the Windows registry and Start menu/screen are not going to suffer any changes. The interface sports a minimal and intuitive design, which enables quick access to all options available. In addition to that, anybody can find their way around it with great ease, be they experienced with computers or not.

It is possible to add an unlimited number of categories, while uploading files can be done by simply clicking the New button.

All uploaded documents can be seen in the main window as a list, along with details such as name, last accessed date and time, size and status. There is also a simple search function you can use, or you can export files to a custom output directory. From the settings panel you can choose to delete original documents on import and open them on double-click.
